面试之前的准备工作：
1.面试前一定要搞清楚面试的内容
任何一个面试，都有一定的要求。这些要求，希望大家特别的注意。比如说时间方面，如果人家要求1分钟的自我介绍，那么你就要准备50－70秒的介绍词为宜，如果是3分钟，就要准备2分半到3分钟为宜……还有就是要搞清楚面试对语言等方面的要求，比如说要不要英文介绍啊，会不会有英语提问什么的，一定要有所准备。
2.对面试的评委要有一定的了解
保研这种面试，一般都会有不止一位评委，首先要弄清楚评委的人数，这也是有意义的。假设人家安排了10人以上，而你却只认为有3-5人，估计一进门就会特别有压力。（不过一般都会在6-8人左右）而最好要对评委有一定的了解，一般这些评委中有一个人是负责人，他会向你提出主要的问题，这些问题对你的分数影响较大。而同时，搞清楚各个评委的身份的好处还在於，如果人家问你一个专业问题，而人家又是这方面的专家，千万不要瞎扯，知之为知之。
3.正视简历的作用
可以的话，面世之前一定要打印一分个人简历，一般以1页为宜。因为评委们没有太多的时间，所以如果可能的话，尽量在一页纸上充分的展示自己，让人在短短数秒之间就能了解到你的特点。就算人家不看，估计也会感受到你的诚意，对你的印象分有帮助哦！
面试时要注意的：
1.注意你的穿着
有一句最最最俗的话叫“人靠衣妆马靠鞍，狗配铃铛跑的欢”，面试时的穿着的确对你会有一定的影响，一套得体的衣服无疑会增添你的印象分。当然，在学校里，没有必要搞的特别正式，没有必要西装革履，打个领带，整个发型什么的。但是，切记不可太随便，有的同学拿着水壶，背着书包，下身穿个短裤，上身穿个球服什么的，趿拉着拖鞋，好像上一刻还在中二什么地方上自习呢，而且准备面试完了接着去上。这显然给人一种不重视对方的感觉，显然是不行的。
2.注意你的举止
人的举止最容易反应一个人的素养，进门前的敲门啊，进入后的关门啊，自我介绍之前的问候啊，传递物品时用双手啊，说话用敬语啊……都是一个人举止的反应，良好的举止显示了良好的修养，更能给你带来丰厚的回报。
3.诚实守信
还是那句话，知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。一个理工学科的人，最重要的就是这一点。千万不可弄虚作假，虚情假意，这是最让人讨厌的。当然，这种面试，专业的知识应该不是很多，但是如果人家问到，一定要如实回答。
4.千万不要过分紧张，要懂得调节气氛
紧张是必然的，但是千万不要过分的紧张，导致你说不出话或者大脑反应迟钝就不好了，这样的话，即使你做了很多的工作，但是由于你无法充分的表达，也很难受到别人的重视。当你紧张的时候，一定要学会缓解紧张的方法，比如自嘲什么的，你的镇定自若才能充分的展现你的才华和风度。
5.不要冷场，不要过分的追求问题的答案
这种面试，一般都会问你一些对某些事情的看法，比如你为什么要读研啊？还有的就是通过你的自我介绍，比如说你喜欢古典音乐，人家可能就会问你对古典音乐的理解啊，什么是古典音乐啊？这些问题都没有正确答案的，关键你要言之成理。最好要有一套自己的体系，始终围绕着自己的体系来阐述问题，这样就能把别人的提问变成对自己的充分展示了。所以，有的时候学些哲学还是很有用的。
6.最好可以开启一个话题
如果可能的话，开启一个话题让别人来参加讨论，这样你就会立于不败之地，通过话题来阐述自己，得到别人的认同，同时也可以活跃气氛，不让现场冷场。
7.注意时间
任何人的面试都是有时间限制的，在规定的时间内阐述了你想阐述的内容就足够了，不要有太多的奢望，当然，如果人家愿意跟你多交流的话，当然是求之不得的了。
最后，我想说一下写这些东西的原因，这些大多是我对保研面试的理解，不一定很贴切，但我想把我的想法与大家交流，在交流中才能有进步与提高。另外，感受到我们身边的好多同学都是如此的优秀，但是就是因为没有能够充分的展示自己而失去了许多的机会，我感到特别的惋惜。难道我们真的就比别人差吗？不是的，只因为我们没有机会去锻炼自己，没有勇气去表达自己的想法，希望我们的学弟学妹们能够抓住这次机会，勇敢的超越自我，为了以后取得更大的成就而努力！

英语问题一般不会问专业的问题，都是比较简单的一些，像如，介绍一下你的家乡，家里的人 你的爱好 不上课时你平时做些什么。。。之类的，问题你肯定能听得懂，就看你怎么回答了
面试一般五分钟到数十分钟不等，一般有多位老师面试，包括自己所报考的老师。对方老师问的专业问题一般由浅到深，内容可能较为专，但是准备的时候必须适应面广。面试时切忌紧张，应该放好心态，从容回答问题，达到正常发挥。
1、如果面试老师问的问题较难怎么办?
尽自己所知道的且正确的知识去回答，并且发散性思维推广，从而一可以避免陷入高难度较专的题目，二可以表现出自己较为均衡的能力。到了回答不出来的时候就称逊并打住，切忌自己乱编而回答，因为对方老师都是内行，一眼就能看出所答的是否真实。
2、如果面试老师提问，自己没有学过怎么办?
直说没有学过，对方一般能理解。但是最好在准备阶段能广泛涉猎一下，在面试时可以讲一下自己在这个方面的理解。不能不懂装懂。
3、怎么样在面试的时候变被动为主动?
在对方老师提问后，自己沿着这个问题反问老师，逐渐到研究前沿部分，让老师告诉自己他们研究的进展以及现在遇到的'问题。这样，让面试过程由“老师向你提问”变成“你向老师提问”，有两个好处，一是避免陷入自己不知道的知识点;二是让老师觉得自己思考能力突出。
4、英语面试怎么办?
首先，准备一分钟的自我介绍，作为开场白(提前准备并把稿词背下来)。然后，在复习时多多复习专业英语。面试时放好心态，调节语速就可以了。
5、如何调整面试气氛?
对于老师的提问，尽所能深入浅出地回答。并可以在有限的时间内插一点点科学史的的趣话。例如：回答了牛顿三大定律，可以顺便说句“牛顿在研究的时候，曾经把怀表当鸡蛋放入锅里煮”
6、其他事项?
面试时间一般来说越长越好，因为越长，代表老师对自己越感兴趣。
