cost成本
all of the project cost including shipping cost to iran, customduty cost in iran, factory cost in iran and workers cost inproducing line, marketing cost and selling cost shall be consideredin calculating final cost.
所有成本包括到伊朗的运费,伊朗产生的关税,伊朗工厂的开支,生产线员工的工资,市场成本及销售成本,以上这些都要考虑计算在最终的成本里。

为了能充分发挥双方企业资源优势，本着互利双赢、共同发展的原则，甲、乙双方就 oem产品贴牌生产项目达成如下协议：

二． 合作期限及方式：
1、合作期暂定为十年。自2015年 月 日起始至 年 月 日。
2、合作方式：委托贴牌生产，经营关系独立核算。
三． 产品制作：甲方提供产品技术参数、质量检验规范标准及图纸资料。乙方负责组织生产。并确保产品质量符合甲方技术文件规定要求。产品质量以甲方验收确认为准；交货期按甲方订单要求完成任务。
四． 产品包装：除品牌商标及与产品相关的说明书、标贴、铭牌、合格证、保修卡等资料由甲方提供外，其余内外包装物及材料均由乙方负责，并依照甲方产品订单要求之规定，完成产品包装作业任务。
五． 产品技术质量及验收、交货地点：
1. 甲方按产品规格型号提供图纸资料供乙方参照生产，样机完成经甲方检验确认合格后，作为实物标本封存以备今后双方在检验验收出现异议时参照鉴别。
2.乙方生产产品所使用的材料，必须符合国家相关行业质量标准和环保质量标准要求。 甲方有权派员对贴牌产品生产过程的原料、配件等质量控制进行监督、检测，乙方应予以积极配合和协助。
3．产品质量验收标准及方法：按甲方产品质量验收规范标准（详见合同附件1）执行。
