關於社會獎學金（非學院）獲獎學生書寫感謝信的通知
各獲獎學生：
我校2010—2015學年獎學金評審已基本結束，各院已經將獲獎學生信息核對完畢，現在要求所有獲得社會獎學金的學生書寫感謝信，以示對捐資助學的企業、單位、個人的感謝(內容可以寫你在學校學習、生活的情況、將來的打算等等)，具體要求如下：
1、感謝信用統一的.專用信紙，使用藍色或黑色鋼筆(簽字筆)，字跡工整，無塗抹，忌字跡潦草，敷衍了事，感謝信字數以滿一頁為準，不得三言兩語敷衍了事;(抬頭稱呼：尊敬的某某公司領導或先生，落款為：某某學生敬上);
2、附一張5吋彩色生活照片，粘貼照片時，請使用雙面膠帶;
3、感謝信和粘貼照片的信紙用小夾子或曲別針相連，避免使用大頭針或訂書針；保持信紙乾淨、整潔、平整;
4、各獲獎學生於12月8日（星期四）上午12：00前交至北二樓1409辦公室;
5、專用信紙將由學校統一提供，請各獲獎學生於12月5號下午4點以後來北二樓1409辦公室領齲
