建議順序1：閱讀
閱讀是考研英語中的重頭戲，總分40分，共計4篇文章，每篇5題，每題2分，不僅題量大、給分多，而且是"高付出、高收益"的題型，非常值得認真對待，因此建議放在第一位。閱讀理解考察的是考生的閱讀速度和理解、記憶能力，因此，快速閱讀、學會定位很重要。每一個小題對應文中的一個點，根據對文章結構和邏輯的理解，準確搜尋並定位出考察點，基本就能把分值牢牢握在手裡了。
建議順序2：新題型
新題型有四種不同的考察形式，共10分，很多小夥伴看到新題型就望而卻步，繞道走，其實沒有必要。新題型雖然有一定難度，但卻有技可循，儘管形式不同，但考察的都是文章結構和邏輯關係，具體說就是"詞的復現、結構的復現、代詞的指代物件、句子之間的邏輯關係"。掌握一定技巧以後這部分題型可以快速得分。
建議順序3：作文
作文部分共30分，是分值大、耗時長、需要認真思考的題型，其重要地位僅次於閱讀。寫好英語作文的關鍵在於平時多練習，借鑑模板總結歸納出自己的語言模式，寫作過程中做到主題明確不跑題、段落清晰有層次、長短句結合、避免單詞及語法錯誤等，基本就能拿到一定分數。如果能寫出幾個出彩的句子，如倒裝句、被動句、主從複合句等，拿高分也問題不大。
建議順序4：翻譯
一般是英譯漢，五個句子，共10分。這部分雖然有難度，但卻屬於"付出就有收穫"的題型，因為翻譯都是踩點給分，每譯出一個點就能得到相應分數，因此建議小夥伴們抱著"能得一分是一分"的態度去認真做題。具體說來，要先對句子進行結構分析，確定並先譯出主幹，再層層抽絲剝繭，將修飾填補部分譯出並放置到合適位置，同時注意照顧到英漢之間不同的表達習慣。
建議順序5：完型
完型可以說是考研英語中最"得不償失"的題型，共計10分，一篇文章，20小題，每小題0.5分，且考察的知識點非常繁雜，屬於"高付出、低收益"的種類，因此建議放到最後去做。做好完型填空主要靠平時的知識積累，如同義詞辨析、固定搭配、介詞的用法等。
