Good morning , Ladies and gentmen It is great honour to speak here . I value this chance of sharing teaching
experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nervous. I can
still remember when I made my first speech in college. I ev en couldn't control my breath .
. Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong
sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.
After being an English teacher,
I think, to be a good English teacher, you should
know your major well. Your personality is as important as your knowledge.
A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. You must love your students and respect them. In addition, You must also respect yourself and take pride
in your work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge.
I'll tell you a true story, last year, a boy named LiuLei came to our class,
he looked so quiet, no age children's lively and cheerful, he didn't dare to
answer the question loudly, when I asked him to do the dialogue in front, he
even had a big cry . And he didn't dare to see anyone ,whose voice low like
a whisper, I am well aware that he lacked of confidence and necessary
encouragement . So, then I give the opportunity to him for each class , and I encouraged him to say: Jake you have been done better than last
time, and I also make the classmates to applaud him, I also told his mother
to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , I am surprised to
find the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a question
activly ,what's more， he can take part in the game, performance has been greatly
improved. His mother was pleased to tell me her child progressed . every time，
after school he always chatter without stopping told her that what he learned
in Zhongxin , and the performance is greatly improved, as his teacher was really
excited for his progress, I realized the unprecedented ：
[n'presidntid)achievement! This sense of achievement is no substitute.
In Bible,it says： Love is patient; love is kind; . It does not insist on its own way;
It bears all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never
Ends.
I hope these words always stay in my heart and use love to accompany them
grow up,use love to bring them bright sunshine, use love to improve my life
value,that is what I want to do.
If there is another chance for me to choose my occupation, I won’t choose anything except being an English teacher.

我非常榮幸站在這裡，我珍惜這次和這麼多優秀老師一起分享教學經驗的機會，說實話我還是有點緊張，我記得我的第一次演講還是在大學的時候，我甚至無法控制我的呼吸，因為那時我不知道說些什麼.
今天，作為中信的一名多年的教師，我有種強烈的責任感，那使我充滿了力量和信心。
從成為一名英語教師後，我認為，想作為一名好的教師，你必須有非常好的專業知識，你的人格和你的知識一樣重要，一名好的英語教師必須非常熱情，你必須愛你的學生和尊重他們，同時你也必須尊重你自己，並且以你的工作為自豪。
一名好的老師他必須善良，勇敢，並且樂於幫助孩子，你要讓你的孩子有一份內驅力，讓他們主動去學習，而不是被動去學。
我給大家講個真實的故事，去年我們班來了一個男孩，他的名字叫-劉磊，他看上去是那樣的沉默寡言，沒有同齡孩子的活潑與開朗，在上課的時候不敢大聲的回答問題， 當我讓他到前面做對話的時候他甚至都大哭了一場，連看大家一眼都不敢，聲音低的就像在說耳語一樣，我深知這是他對自己沒有信心並且缺乏必要的鼓勵所造成的。所以，後來我每次上課都給他表現的機會，並且每次我都鼓勵他說：Jake 你這次比上次有進步， 同時我也讓全班的同學一起為他鼓掌，我也告訴他的媽媽在家也多鼓勵孩子，只要看到他的進步就表
揚他，一天一天的過去了，我驚喜的發現孩子真的進步了，現在他能主動舉手回答問題，主動的參與遊戲，成績也有了很大的提高。他媽媽很高興的告訴我他的孩子有進步了，每次從中信放學後總是喋喋不休的跟她說他學到了什麼，並且成績也是大幅度提高，我作為他的老師真的為他的進步而興奮，我體會到了空前的成就感！這種成就感是任何東西都代替不了的。
聖經裡有這樣一段話：愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；愛是永不止息。
我願讓這段話成為我的座右銘，用愛陪伴孩子們成長，用愛帶給學生燦爛的生命陽光，用愛提升自己的生命價值，這就是我所追求的

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am glad here to present my speech. Being a teacher has been my dream since I was a little girl, so now I feel pretty honored to be elected as an english teacher of your school. The past three-year teaching in junior high school taught me that it’s not easy to be a good english teacher. But I believe that it is possible so long as I do my best. This moment is a new beginning to me. Thanks for providing me the new stage to chase my dream continously.
In the following years, I’d like to become an excellent english teacher based on the following points:
First, enhancing my own professtioal skill
Because of the fact that I had never teach in senior high school, I have to be familiar with the textbooks as soon as possible and find a way which is both suited to my students and myself in teaching practice. Besides, the world is developing, so does knowledge. Therefore, I would also keep learning in my spare time to improve my comprehensive skills, for example, reading English newspa-pe-rs and magazines, listening english news and so on. Of course, learning from other senior teachers is an indispensible part of my plan due to their rich teaching experience and profound knowledge, too.
second, being a good guider
As an english teacher, there is no doubt that improving students’ english skills is my primary task. I would prepare lessons carefully, assign time reasonably and make them interesting and facinating as possible so that students would listen attentively and participate actively. However, as a teacher, leading students to be a true person is important, too. thus, giving students some instructive suggestions in proper time is one of my job as well.
Third, believeing and respecting my students
Every one has their own strengths and weakness and grade should not be the only standard of judging a student. As far as I concerned, if we give students enough freedom and let them to do what they are interested in, they would do very well. So whether my students make a good score in exams or not, I would treat them equally and be confident in them. For those students who are good at english learning, I would like to make them get better grades. On the other hand, for those who are really not, I would help them find out their interests and encourge them to do what they are willing to do. Thanks for your support and trust again. That’s all.
