最近幾天,天空都是陰沉沉地,看不到太陽,給人一種冷颼颼的'感覺。你看:近處,半山電廠的兩個冷卻塔,若隱若現;遠處的半山,沒了蹤影。還整天讓人精神懶散、心情低落。報紙、電視都在宣傳:近期霧霾嚴重,要儘量減少外出、少開窗戶。可見霧霾嚴重汙染空氣,使空氣質量下降,影響人體健康。我很想了解霧霾對人的危害,於是上網去查了一下,真是“不看不知道,一看嚇一跳啊!”

霧霾有數百種大氣化學顆粒物質組成。其中就包含:有機溶膠粒子、燃料和汽車廢氣等。它可以直接進入並粘附在人體呼吸道和肺泡中,引起急性鼻炎和急性支氣管炎。對於阻塞性肺氣腫、支氣管哮喘等患者,霧霾天氣會使病情急性發作。如果長期處於這種環境,還會誘發癌。

它對心血管系統有影響。霧霾天氣中汙染物多,氣壓低,容易引起心血管系統的急性發作。比如霧大的時候,水汽含量高,如果人們在戶外運動的話,會造成胸悶,血壓升高等症狀。

霧霾天氣還會導致近地層紫外線減弱,傳染性病菌滋生。由於日照減少,兒童紫外線照射不足,體內維生素D生成不足,對鈣的吸收減少,引起嬰兒佝僂病,生長減慢。還會直接影響到人們的心理健康,讓人精神懶散、情緒低落等。難怪這幾天心情會這麼不舒暢。

看來,要消除霧霾,我們要減少廢棄物的排放;減少揚塵的行動;尤其要做到少開汽車,多用公交出行的方式。為了更好的明天,讓我們今天就開始環保行動吧,藍天、碧水、綠色、清靜需要我們自己創造的!
